The summer is warming up. I know that the heat has been heating up in Reno. We wanted to let everyone know that last weeks specials are being carried over until Monday August 3, 2009.
With the temperatures up there everyone needs to remember to drink plenty of water. You should be sipping on water all day. Gulping down water does not hydrate the body correctly. Please be safe, drink lots of water, use sun screen & try to stay cool.
